Did you request a phone number but regret it afterwards? That’s no problem. As a consumer, you can make use of the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days.
Right of withdrawal
It may happen that you change your mind shortly after you have made the request for a telephone number. That is not a problem, because for consumers we use the legal cooling-off period of 14 days. In other words; a consumer has the right to cancel the application up to 14 days after the time of the application without giving any reason. You will then be credited with the full e-wallet amount. To exercise this right, you can contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after registering your cancellation via our service payment provider.
