It may happen that you change your mind shortly after you have made the request for a telephone number. That is not a problem, because for consumers we use the legal cooling-off period of 14 days. In other words; a consumer has the right to cancel the application up to 14 days after the time of the application without giving any reason. You will then be credited with the full e-wallet amount. To exercise this right, you can contact us via customerservice@pritelecom.eu.
